We offer a range of in-home support to help you cope with and manage the demands of everyday life (such as meal prep, cleaning, organisation, medication assistance, shopping, or household tasks). We will support you in a safe, respectful way that empowers you to live independently and on your terms.
Our team of support workers will help you manage your anxiety and assist you in building strategies that minimise your stress and feelings of being overwhelmed so that you can attend your appointments and have access to community services.
We take a personal approach to helping you stay connected with the community, participate in sport, workshops, maintain regular exercise, and see friends and family. We have lived experience with mental health, so we are not merely your chaperone; we are your fallback to support you when things get tough.
InHeart Counselling is a Non-Registered NDIS Service Provider with over 20 years’ experience in mental health. Our growing team of independent support workers possess professional qualifications and have lived experience to draw upon and share.

As a Non-Registered Provider, we can only accept Self Managed or Plan Managed NDIS Participants. If you’re Plan Managed, contact your Plan Manager to check your funding for Core and Capacity Building Funding. Our rates are in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements (previously called the NDIS Price Guide).
We are based in Loganlea, south of Brisbane and see participants based in Brisbane, Redlands, Logan, and Gold Coast areas. If you are Plan Managed we accept referrals from Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and Medical Professionals.
