We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment, and we kindly ask for 48 hours or more notice when doing so. This allows sufficient time for us to rebook your appointment slot. If notice is given the day before or on the day of booking it will incur a charge of 50% of the counselling fee. Non-attendance of a scheduled appointment will also incur full cost fee.

 A cancellation fee will not apply when an appointment cannot be attended due to illness, but only when a doctors certificate is obtained.
